I just wanted to write and say thanks to you and your team for the great new bed room we now have.
We'd never had any building work done before but your team made the whole process as painless as possible and all done in just three weeks. Despite my early concerns the brickwork at the front is an excellent match, it's hard to imagine it was ever a garage.
It was your close attention to detail that made us decide to us Simple Building Solutions, things like repositioning pipes rather than boxing them in and your revision to our idea about re- housing the washing machine was excellent.
So we now have a new bedroom and separate utility, a splendid new workshop outside to house everything from the garage, and a new study in the old bedroom upstairs. As a result the house feels much larger we have more room for everything and more personal space which is great when you have teenagers.
In short the conversion has already improved our lifestyle.

You were very helpful in designing the optimum plan at the beginning and continued to provide helpful ideas as the conversion took shape. Sid and Rob were excellent workers, carrying out the work on time and with consideration of the inevitable disruption caused. The other specialist staff for electrical, plumbing and tiling were also equally good and always appeared on time.

It was also clear that, with your specialist approach to garage conversions, you were well placed to suggest useful features in the planning.
Based on the quality of work being carried out, we were able to negotiate with you for further building work in the house which Sid and other workers were able to carry out almost immediately. The overall result has been that we have transformed our house in just a few weeks in a way that was beyond our initial expectations and within the available budget.
