Most of our clients want to knock through to the next room to form an entrance, all garages need to be insulated to meet with building regulations, and you will need a radiator and a matching brick and window facade.

Package 1 - Single Garage Conversion (5.2m x 2.5m) - £6,750 + vat (normally £7,999)

 Design of new Conversion – we will work with you to design you’re perfect conversion to suit all your requirements and advise you how you can get the most from your conversion.

 Arrangement of Planning and Building Regulations – we take care of everything – we will manage the complete project from start to finish.
 Fully insulated floor to the level of the house – this will provide you with a fully insulated warm floor which will seamlessly match into your existing house.
 Brick / block cavity wall to the front (free brick matching service) – we ‘tooth-in’ every brick and we match the brick finish so well, that you would never know it was used to be a garage.
 Full size double glazed window - we use only the best quality double glazed units, each window is bespoke to your home and designed to perfectly match your existing windows.
 Knock through to existing house including door – most garages don’t have an entrance, we will create an entrance designed and to suit your personal requirements.
 Cavity insulated walls to exterior – most garages have a single skin of brick, so therefore, we need to construct a cavity wall packed with insulation to create a warm energy saving room.
 Plaster board and skim all walls and ceiling spaces – in order to make it look like a room, rather than a garage, we leave the walls plastered, finished and ready for decoration.
 Supply and fit one new radiator to existing system – although a garage conversion creates a fantastically insulated warm room, we will still supply and fit a new double radiator.
 Supply and fit MDF skirting boards and architrave – all conversions are finished off with MDF skirting boards and architrave to match the style of the house.
 Supply and fit 4 standard double sockets and light pendant – each conversion will need electrical sockets and lights, these are supplied and fitted to comply with Building Regulations.

Package 2 -Single Garage Conversion with En-Suite shower facility - £9,750 + vat (normally £10,500)

 Design of new Conversion – we will work with you to design you’re perfect conversion to suit all your requirements and advise you how you can get the most from your conversion.

 Supply and fit a standard toilet suite – we will supply and fit a standard toilet suite with matching hand basin to your requirements.
 Supply and fit of shower tray and enclosure - we will supply and fit a standard matching shower enclosure your requirements.
 All plumbing and waste installation (up to 2m) – we will install the plumbing and waste to the toilet, shower and hand basin to finish the ideal en-suite facility.
 Supply and fit a standard electrical shower – we will supply and fit a standard electrical shower in order to provide you with the perfect convenient facility for yourself or a guest.
 Supply of an extraction fan – in order to meet with the building regulations and for your own comfort and wellbeing, we will supply and fit an extraction fan to an exterior wall.
